The tasty Curry dip spice is just right for curry lovers. Curry dips go well with grilled meat as well as with colourful vegetable sticks and are also suitable for vegans. As a homemade dip, curry is a delicious icing on the cake for raclette and fondue and can be ideally prepared for parties and buffets.
Mix 1 tablespoon of dip seasoning with approx. 200g base and let it rest for 2-3 hours - done. As a basis, we recommend 2/3 sour cream and 1/3 creme fraiche. Yogurt, mayonnaise or cream yoghurt / Greek yogurt are also ideal for preparation. The finished dip can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
