Dips and spreads bring variety to the table and delight gourmets and connoisseurs. This dip seasoning inspires with selected ingredients that harmonize perfectly with grilled meat, roasts and steaks. Mix 1 tablespoon of dip seasoning with approx. 200g base and let it rest for 2-3 hours - done. As a basis, we recommend 2/3 sour cream and 1/3 crème fraiche. Yogurt, mayonnaise or cream yoghurt / Greek yoghurt are also ideal for preparation. The finished dip can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
