1. delivery

1.1. RINAMA is free to choose the shipping and transport method. Delivery costs may vary by destination country.

1.2. We expressly state that any costs for customs processing and any customs due, along with any taxes, are to be borne by the client regardless of the destination country.

1.3. The client is obliged to accept partial deliveries, especially due to reasons outside RINAMA’s responsibility, such as delayed deliveries to RINAMA of goods or services required to fulfil the purchase order. The client acknowledges that RINAMA shall be released from its obligation to completely fulfil the contract if the contract is partially fulfilled due to the reasons outlined above. RINAMA is permitted to provide partial deliveries and deliveries before the agreed delivery period.

1.4. The delivery period provided by RINAMA is non-binding.

1.5. RINAMA shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by issues not due to RINAMA or a (sub) supplier until the causes of such delays no longer apply. A reasonable buffer period shall then be added to the delivery period.

1.6. RINAMA must immediately inform the client of any delivery delays due to such issues. If delivery is impossible or unreasonable due to such an issue, RINAMA shall be released from its obligation to deliver. If the delivery period is extended due to such an issue or if RINAMA is released from its obligation to deliver, the client cannot derive any damage compensation claims from this.

1.7. Deliveries may exceed or fall short of the ordered quantity by up to 15% in the case of custom/specal orders. The client must accept this. Excess deliveries increase prices but lower deliveries will not result in price reductions.

2. Payment conditions

2.1. All prices may change and - unless otherwise stated - are in euros and include any applicable VAT. All fees and deductions are to be paid by the client.

2.2. The client consents to receiving electronic invoices via email. Electronic invoices will be sent to an email address provided by the client after the order has been processed. VAT is listed separately.

2.3. Partial deliveries are always permitted. In the case of partial deliveries, each delivery shall be billed separately.

2.4. The client has the opportunity to receive a paper invoice by contacting office@rinama.at.

2.5. RINAMA expressly reserves the right to make deliveries dependent on pre-payment by the client or suitable securities.
