1. Delivery
1.1. RINAMA reserves the right to choose the shipping method and transport carrier. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country.
1.2. It is expressly noted that, regardless of the country of delivery, any customs clearance costs as well as any applicable duties or taxes are to be borne by the customer.
1.3. The customer agrees to accept partial deliveries, especially due to reasons beyond RINAMA’s control, such as delayed delivery of necessary goods or services from suppliers. The customer acknowledges that partial fulfillment of the order releases RINAMA from the obligation to fully complete the order. RINAMA is entitled to make partial deliveries and deliveries prior to the agreed delivery date.
1.4. The delivery time stated by RINAMA is non-binding.
1.5. RINAMA is not liable for delays in delivery caused by obstacles beyond its control or that of its subcontractors, until such obstacles are removed and a reasonable start-up period has elapsed.
1.6. Delivery delays due to such obstacles will be communicated to the customer immediately. If delivery becomes impossible or unreasonable due to such obstacles, RINAMA is released from the obligation to deliver. The customer is not entitled to claim damages in such cases.
1.7. For custom packaging and special fillings, over- or under-deliveries of up to 15% may occur. The customer is obliged to accept these. Excess deliveries will be charged accordingly; short deliveries will not result in price reductions.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. All prices are subject to change and are stated in euros unless otherwise specified, including applicable statutory VAT. Any fees or charges are to be borne by the customer.
2.2. The customer agrees to receive invoices electronically via email. The electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided after order completion. VAT will be shown separately.
2.3. Partial deliveries are always permitted. In the case of partial deliveries, separate invoices will be issued accordingly.
2.4. Upon request, the customer may receive a paper invoice by contacting office@rinama.at.
2.5. RINAMA explicitly reserves the right to require advance payment or appropriate security before delivery.
